A Mad Scientist named T.O. Morrow created a series of Robots to infultrate The Justice League, ending with his creation "Red Tornado". Red Tornado was programmed to infultrate and betray the league, but he adapted Human Morality and decided to fight for Humanity, betraying Morrow and becoming a robotic hero. Soon after becoming known for his heroics, Red Tornado was inducted into the Justice League.
